I study how social norms, reciprocity, and context shape decision-making in public-facing settings. Using experiments and related empirical approaches, I focus on how people form fairness judgments, what they disclose about sensitive behaviors, and how group expectations influence integrity and rule-following.
Reciprocity & pro-social preferences: How do pro-social motivations shape reciprocity and when does reciprocity turn into preferential treatment? (Job market paper available upon request)
Survey framing on sensitive topics: How do question wording, response options, and anonymity cues affect what people report or withhold?
Social norms & collective decisions: How do shared expectations shape group choices around cheating, rule-bending, and integrity?
